Bearing Composition
Thrust ball bearing is composed of seat ring, shaft ring and steel ball cage assembly. The shaft ring matched with the shaft, and the seat ring matched with the shell.
Structural features: The one-way thrust ball bearing consists of a shaft ring, a bearing race, and a ball and cage thrust assembly. The bearing is a separable structure, so the installation is simple because the washer and the ball and cage assembly can be installed separately. As its name suggests, the one-way thrust ball bearing can withstand axial loads in one direction and can fix the machine shaft in one direction. This type of bearing must not withstand any radial load.
Application areas: Commonly used in automotive steering systems, machine tools, printing machinery, textile machinery and other equipment. For example, in the automotive steering system, it can help to withstand axial forces and ensure the flexible operation of the steering mechanism.
Material: Usually made of bearing steel, such as GCr15 bearing steel. The material has good comprehensive properties. After quenching and tempering, it has high and uniform hardness, good wear resistance, and high contact fatigue strength. The steel has good hot workability and good machinability after spheroidizing annealing.
Notes: During installation, ensure that the shaft ring and seat ring are parallel to avoid eccentric loading.
Check lubrication regularly to ensure normal operation of the bearing.

Type Classification & Features
According to the force of one-way thrust ball bearings and two-way thrust ball bearings.
Unidirectional thrust ball bearing can withstand unidirectional axial load. Bidirectional thrust ball bearing can bear bidirectional axial load, wherein the shaft ring is matched with the shaft. The mounting surface of the seat ring is spherical bearing, with aligning performance, which can reduce the influence of installation error. Thrust ball bearing can not bear radial load, limit speed is low.
